Wi-Fi Services

Custom Owner Wi-Fi Network Name & Password

Villas at Suncrest Owners, if you would like to setup a custom, password protected Wi-Fi network for your unit, please enter the Wi-Fi network name and password below. Network names can be a maximum of 20 characters. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters; letters and numbers only, no special characters. Custom Wi-Fi network name and password service is only available to condo owners.

The standard/guest Wi-Fi network name for each unit is "VAS-####". For custom owner Wi-Fi networks, we recommend creating a name that will differentiate between the two network options. For example, "Owner-VAS-101".

For security reasons, IPacket cannot give out custom Wi-Fi network names or passwords to condo guests or renters.

There is no charge to modify, add or change the WiFi network names. If you would like to change the WiFi network name for multiple units, please submit a separate form for each unit.

WiFi Network Name Format

Replace the standard WiFi username/password with my custom network (i.e. only the custom WiFi network will broadcast)

Add the custom network and also keep the standard network (i.e. 2 WiFi networks will broadcast - the custom and standard networks)

WiFi Speed Upgrade

$15.00/month - WiFi speed upgrade from 50 to 100Mbps

If short-term renter, indicate upgrade start and end dates in Additional Comments section below. Three month minimum required; $30 activation fee waived with an annual commitment.

Billing is done on a quarterly basis. An invoice will be delivered via email to the email address submitted in the Billing Information section above.
To enroll in automatic bill payment, please complete and submit the Auto-Draft Authorization Form, OR, the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Simple, flat rate bill: 1) Monthly phone and/or internet price 2) Mandatory Florida 13.62% communications tax (no additional taxes/fees for equipment, usage, service, etc. will be added to your bill).
Enhanced emergency 911 compliant - actual room number registered in emergency responder system
New Voice lines are installed on the second Wednesday of every month.
Term of agreement for Voice and/or Internet service is 12 months (unless a month-to-month plan is selected). Early termination fees may apply for early contract cancellations.
