Custom WiFi Network & Password

Coral Reef Owners, if you currently have a custom WiFi network name (SSID) and password, please provide those details below. To ensure your WiFi-connected devices (doorbells, thermostats, SONOS, cameras, etc.) seamlessly transition to the new IPacket WiFi system, we need to add your existing WiFi names/passwords to the IPacket database.  
 
IPacket Engineers will input your current custom WiFi network name and password details into our system controller so when the old WiFi network is removed your devices will seamlessly connect and work on new IPacket WiFi network.
 
When inputting your WiFi network name and password, please provide the names exactly as they appear, including numbers, spaces, upper/lower case, etc. 
 
There is no additional charge to input this information into our system. We are asking for this information in an effort to make the upgrade as smooth and user-friendly as possible. 
 
Additionally, the new IPacket WiFi service will continue to broadcast the existing Coral Reef guest network “CRGuest” and owner network “CROwners”.

If short-term renter, indicate upgrade start and end dates in Additional Comments section below. Three month minimum required; $30 activation fee waived with an annual commitment.

Wired Ethernet Connection Details: IPacket will activate one wired ethernet internet connection inside the unit where the ethernet port is currently located. A 2-Port PoE switch will be installed and connected to your IPacket Access Point. The PoE switch will be property of the customer and comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. The fee for this service is a one time $150 charge, or $10/month.

If you would like the location of the terminated ethernet port to be moved, this will require a survey and incur a labor charge of $98/hour.

Wi-Fi Service Features:

  • No hidden taxes or fees, billing is done quarterly basis for add-on voice and WiFi services

Voice Services

*Plan requires a 12-month commitment.
Voice Service Features:

  • Voicemail with remote access/delivery
  • Toll block to prevent billable calls
  • Free business 411 directory assistance
  • Caller ID & call waiting with caller ID
  • Enhanced emergency 911 compliant - actual room number registered in emergency responder system
  • No additional charges/ fees to keep your existing number or to receive a new number

**If you opt to keep your existing number, you must download, complete and submit the Letter of Agency Release Form along with a recent copy of your phone bill.

IPacket Service Details:

  • For order, billing and scheduling questions, contact IPacket at: 1-850-588-1112
  • Billing is done on a quarterly basis. An invoice will be delivered via email to the email address submitted in the Billing Information section above.
  • To enroll in automatic bill payment, please complete and submit the Auto-Draft Authorization Form, OR, the Credit Card Authorization Form.
  • Simple, flat rate bill: 1) Monthly phone and/or internet price 2) Mandatory Florida 13.62% communications tax (no additional taxes/fees for equipment, usage, service, etc. will be added to your bill).
  • Enhanced emergency 911 compliant - actual room number registered in emergency responder system
  • New Voice lines are installed on the second Wednesday of every month.
  • Term of agreement for Voice and/or Internet service is 12 months (unless a month-to-month plan is selected). Early termination fees may apply for early contract cancellations.
