Custom Owner Wi-Fi Network Name & Password

Largo Mar Owners, if you would like to setup a custom, password protected WiFi network for your unit, please enter the WiFi network name and password below. Network names can be a maximum of 20 characters; lPasswords must be a minimum of 8 characters; letters and numbers only, no special characters. Custom WiFi network name and password service is only available to condo owners.

The standard/guest WiFi network name for each unit is "LMR-####". For custom owner WiFi networks, we recommend creating a name that will differentiate between the two network options. For example, "Owner-LMR-101".

For security reasons, IPacket cannot give out custom WiFi network names or passwords to condo guests or renters.

There is no charge to modify, add or change the WiFi network names. If you would like to change the WiFi network name for multiple units, please submit a separate form for each unit.

WiFi Network Name Broadcasting

Wired Ethernet Connection - $150 one time fee, or $10/month for 15 months. See below for service details.

Replace Lost or Stolen Access Point - $150, price includes new Access Point, installation labor and remote programming

If short-term renter, indicate upgrade start and end dates in Additional Comments section below. Three-month minimum required.

Wired Ethernet Connection Details: IPacket will activate one wired ethernet internet connection inside the unit wherever an ethernet port is currently located. A 2-Port PoE switch will be installed and connected to your IPacket Access Point. After installation, the PoE switch will be property of the customer and comes with a 1-year hardware warranty.

Price Details: One time $150 charge, or $10/month (15-month contract required if opting for monthly payments). Price includes hardware, onsite installation, and remote programming.

If you would like the location of the terminated ethernet port to be moved, this will require a survey and incur a labor charge of $98/hour.

Billing is done on a quarterly basis. An invoice will be delivered via email to the email address submitted in the Billing Information section above.
To enroll in automatic bill payment, please complete and submit the Auto-Draft Authorization Form, OR, the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Simple, flat rate bill: 1) Monthly phone and/or internet price 2) Mandatory Florida 13.62% communications tax (no additional taxes/fees for equipment, usage, service, etc. will be added to your bill).

New Voice lines are installed on the second Wednesday of every month.
Term of agreement for Voice and/or Internet service is 12 months (unless a month-to-month plan is selected). Early termination fees may apply for early contract cancellations.
